**Bypass MFA Parameter**: Added configurable option to bypass Multi-Factor Authentication captive screens when administrators use the Login as User functionality. The feature is disabled by default to maintain security standards. Administrators can enable this through plugin settings when needed for customer support or troubleshooting purposes.

• Fixed an IDN conversion error in the Login As User email subject caused by special characters (e.g., angle quotes « »), which previously triggered a “Prohibited input U+00000020” error during login attempts.
